1. How product is packaged?

Normally, we package product with 5-layer brown carton outside and use paper to cover all the ends of products as well as put carton in some positions to prevent no moving for the best protect. We will use corrugated cardboard boxes, foam sheets, honey-comb paper if you require.

2. Which is the most convenient port of loading from our factory?

We usually load containers at Tien Sa Port ( Da Nang Port ) because it is very close to our factory (130 kilometers) and has good service. However, you may choose the other port and the price will vary depending on the distance of transportation.

3. Do our products meet international standards?

Our products definitely meet European Standard EN 581 which is globally well-know for safety requirements and testing methods.

4. Can we make items with your own design?

Yes, we accept customized designs if we are able to make it.

5. Do we include spare parts of products?

Yes, we put spare parts in carton box while packing product. The quantity of spare parts depends on each product.

6. How to get to our factory?

You could travel to our factory by airplane, car and train.

- If you choose to travel by airplane, you should take the flight from Ho Chi Minh or Ha Noi to Chu Lai airport (10 kilometres away from our factory) or to Da Nang International airport (100 kilometres away from our factory). Please do inform us before to pick you up at both airports.

- By car and train, it will take you more time ( 15 hours if you depart from Ho Chi Minh city or Ha Noi capital and 4 hours if you depart from Quy Nhon city ).
